What I do is similar to life-coaching, but is creative, includes more of the whole person, and is experiential.
The process is uniquely tailored to each individual’s needs, lives, interests and challenges. I help create experiences that engage the mind, heart, body and spirit to promote personal transformation in the areas they feel stuck.
These challenges are opportunities in disguise. As we work together, wisdom emerges that can make this time of their lives one of self-discovery, providing skillsets and insights that will serve them for the long-body of their lives. I help them to know themselves more deeply and begin living from their inner guidance, laying foundations for creating a life in which they can thrive.
I foster wholeness through creativity. Creativity has massive “problem” solving potential. When reframed, a problem is an opportunity to grow.
Wholeness meaning: incorporating all aspects of Self, including the mind, heart, intuition, body, emotions, soul, and more.
When these aspects of self are utilized together and in experiential ways, the outcomes are more powerful transformations than those achieved through therapeutic methods that are limited to only the mind and talking.
Processes I work with:
-
Helping them to define their personal values
Learning communication skills
Getting to know their true self
Getting to know and appreciate their uniqueness & gifts

-
How to feel, honor, and navigate their feelings
How to move through life using their inner guidance

I want to share the healing modalities I’ve learned over the years with youth. I want the young people I work with to know themselves more from the inside, to have the capacity to listen deeply, and live a life building from the strengths of their true nature rather than an artificial, made-up overlay. I am alongside for the build, and I do my best to make it fun along the way.

Testimonials

“Bre has a way of being that is accepting and non-judgmental, and palpably kind and compassionate that made me feel like I could bring anything to her during our sessions. I brought up things I normally would not share with people. After working with her, I felt much more at- ease and comfortable in my own skin. I felt calm. It also brought me the clarity I needed about what next steps to take in my life, particularly around challenges I was having in my relationship. I recommend her as a counselor, especially to anyone dealing with something that feels sensitive. I felt strengthened through working with her.”

“We were so fortunate to have Bresha work with our son through middle school. Her skill and support helped him find a way to orient and appreciate his own uniqueness and gifts and feel more confident with school assignments as he struggled a lot with ADHD. The most important long-lasting piece seems to be the support in strengthening his sense of self-esteem and ability to remember that his uniqueness is not only ok, but is his way of navigating, exploring and succeeding.”

“Bre has not only been a mentor to me, but also a friend. She has a warm and compassionate approach to our sessions and is always present in our time together, my thoughts, and my words. My sessions with Bre feel very individualized, as we always focus on what feels relevant to my life and she tailors what we do based on that. She has helped me shift my perspective to see love and beauty in everything I do, helped me to be more in touch with myself and the natural world, and has helped me learn lifelong communication skills. Each session with Bre, I grow more and more into the woman I aspire to be.”
